Join us for an afternoon of readings by the local writers Mai Neng Moua and Marlon James, presented in conjunction with our current series of exhibitions, featuring video works by Minna Rainio and Mark Roberts, and Guy Ben-Ner.
Moua and James will read recent selections from their poetry and fiction that reflect the subjects of immigration and shared experiences of loss, uprootedness and new beginnings addressed in our current exhibitions.
This event will take place on Saturday, October 30 at 2pm, and is free and open to the public.

Mai Neng Moua was born in Laos in 1974. Her writings can be found in publications such as Bamboo Among the Oaks and Where One Voice Ends Another Begins: 150 Years of Minnesota Poetry.
